We’re delighted to share this review now our bathroom refurbishment is complete. Even although we selected CBG based on both the confidence and knowledge Craig exuded and the reviews and completed project photos, we were still blown away with the actual operation. From start to finish the co-ordination is superb and I doubt the bathroom could be refurbished any quicker (7 days from full rip-out to handover). The team (Craig, Michael, Calum, Kenny, Jay and others) are exceptionally skilled and hardworking, with an acute attention to detail as you will see from the photos/videos. We have another bathroom to refurbish in the future and we won’t go anywhere else, which is as good a review anyone can provide. 10 out of 10. Thanks to all at CBG as we were stunned by the finished product.

I am absolutely delighted with the job that Craig and his team did to install my new bathroom. The whole process from design to instal was seamless and Craig was quick to come up with solutions when a supplier delivered broken tiles to minimise disruption to the project. The skill and professionalism of all of the trades involved was of the highest standard and Shaun and Callum who did most of the rip out and fitting were incredibly hard workers, very tidy and a delight to have around. I couldn't recommend custom bathrooms more highly.

We had Craig and his team out to do our bathroom, en-suite & w/c. We had a local company in to view these at first however they didn’t seem confident in what we were wanting to do and even suggested it wasn’t possible. Craig on the other hand immediately had ideas and suggestions of how to make the most of the space from the get-go and nothing was a problem for him. All we had to do was pick the furniture, fittings & tiles which was easy to do in the showroom of the supplier who then gave him all the details of what we selected and he even made sure to check this over to make sure each piece would work in each room, the level of planning is seamless. His team are very professional, clean & tidy, hardworking and Craig’s communication throughout made it a really stress free transformation. If i had anymore bathrooms left to do i’d definitely be using Craig and his team again! Highly recommend!

I couldn't recommend custom bathrooms highly enough. I am beyond thrilled with my new bathroom which Craig and his team designed and installed with care and expertise. I was so impressed with the whole teams professionalism, skill, attention to detail and communications with me and each other. Craig & the team fitted my ensuite. They arrived ontime cover and protect all surrounding areas, carpets, furniture. Remove all debris and clean up each day. I have never experienced any workmen who take this care of your home while working. All the sanitary ware, shower, taps & shower tray are excellent quality with impeccable finishes. I would say the tilers who fitted my herringbone pattern are the best in this trade. A stressfree seamless proffessional experience with Craigs help and advice. I would use this company again.

We were blown away with the result far exceeded my expectations for how our bathrooms could look. We had been planning to refit the en-suite and main bathroom for a while and had a couple of people in who seemed uncertain and were over priced. We knew immediately when we met Craig we could trust him and so glad we did. Everything is perfect down to the smallest detail. Craig is always available for questions and reassurance and very patient. The level of planning was extremely professional. They were so respectful of our home and our floors covered with double protection, they tidied and swept every night. The level of prep and detail in planning of both rooms by Craig ensured that every fitting was perfectly positioned and showcased the tiles perfectly. Ferguson filers who collaborate with Craig were also amazingly skilled. All of the guys Craig used Michael, Calum, Kenny and Bob and Thomas from Ferguson were so hard working and didn’t stop. Both rooms are now our favourite rooms in the house and we are absolutely delighted.

We just got our bathroom replaced and upgraded by Craig and his team. We are delighted with the room. The guys have a slick way of working with plumbing, tiling and decorating all coordinated smoothly. The guys are hard workers and the end result speaks for itself. Thanks to all the guys. Craig and the team did an incredible job of bringing our dream bathroom to life. The attention to detail in the design was outstanding and everything was finished to the highest standard.
