Every installation begins with a site visit. This allows us to measure the space, discuss your ideas and identify any technical considerations before finalising the design and quotation.

We always try to minimise disruption, but there will be a short period where facilities are unavailable. We’ll advise you of timings in advance so you can plan accordingly.

We regularly install everything from contemporary minimal designs with clean lines, to timeless bathrooms with classic fixtures. Tiles, natural stone, brushed brass and underfloor heating are among the most requested features.

Yes, all bathroom installations come with a guarantee for peace of mind. We’ll explain the details of cover at the quotation stage.

Online Shop Orders, Deliveries and Returns
We do not offer an installation service for individual items purchased from our website. However, we do design and install full bathroom projects across Scotland. Should you have any questions regarding the installation of the items you have purchased, please contact our team and we will be happy to assist.
Our standard delivery time for orders is 5-7 working days from the time your order is processed. Please note that it can take up to 48 hours for your order to be processed. You will be notified when your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Sorry, we currently don’t offer a next-day service due to the size and weight of items that are shipped with most orders.

For larger pallet deliveries, drivers are instructed to call you on the day of delivery, up to an hour before arrival. Smaller deliveries depending on the courier will send a text with a time slot on the day of delivery.
We always recommend you try to ensure someone is available at the property to accept delivery. Larger pallet couriers will contact you on the day to let you know a rough time for delivery, due to the size and cost, a signature is always required. If these deliveries are missed, they may require a re-delivery fee.
If the courier has left you a calling card you may contact them directly to rearrange delivery for a more convenient time. If you have not received a calling card, we will be able to assist you in re-booking delivery. Please email us at info@custom-bathrooms.com or and a customer service member will be happy to help.
If you have received an incorrect item, or something is missing, please contact us within 48 hours by emailing info@custom-bathrooms.com and one of our team will look into it and contact you as soon as possible. We aim to resolve these issues within 48 hours.
Should something happen to a product you have purchased from us, email us with the issue, along with pictures to info@custom-bathrooms.com and we will come up with a solution for you. If at any time you require a spare part, get in touch and we can assist.
If you receive a damaged or fauly item from us, please contact our team and we will be happy to resolve the issue. We will either replace the faulty part of the item or organise a replacement. A full refund can be issued if the item is unused and still in it’s original box.
Please note that toilet seats cannot be returned once opened, unless you have been issued with the wrong seat.
